We always bake fresh to order and handmade with love, for local pickup only at our bakeshop in Seattle. All online orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance. However, we do our best to fulfill same day orders if possible. Please call (206) 979-2253 during our normal operating hours to speak to a staff member to see if it would be possible to fulfill a same day or next day order.
Yes we do! We love to cater events big and small and have plenty of options to choose from. For larger events please see our catering page here for our menu and fill out an inquiry form so we can help you find the best options for your catering needs.
For small events, feel free to order items through our shop page on our website. We have plenty of desserts by the dozen and party platters for pickup at our Ballard store your guests would love! Please order at least 5 days in advance to ensure your order is ready by the time you want to pick it up.
Our cheesecakes come in a range of flavors including our flagship Ube (purple yam), Mango Calamansi (Philippine lime), Coconut Pandan, White Chocolate Guava, Vietnamese Coffee, Matcha, and Vanilla Bean. Our current seasonal flavor is Durian! Read more about our flavors on our blog here.
As of right now we do not ship our cheesecakes. We are working on a way to keep our cheesecakes cold while in transit and will update you all when we can finally ship them! We do currently ship our ube cookies and marshmallows. Thank you for your patience and support :)
The bases (cream cheese part) of the cheesecakes our not free but our coconut butter biscuit crust is not. If you desire a gluten-free crust please indicate on your online order (an addition $5 charge). This is only available for our larger cheesecakes our mini cheesecakes by the dozen.
Ube, pronounced 'oo-beh,' is a purple yam grown in the Philippines. The taste is reminiscent to a sweet potato or taro (purple root). Think earthly, cookies and cream. See our blog post to learn more about our flavors.
Our hope is to bring you the best quality ingredients, because of that we source our ingredients from a ton of places! We import a lot of our stuff from the Philippines and source other items like our fresh fruit purees local to Seattle.
